Acting for a major international company in the field of telecommunications in relation to vendor financing agreements and subsequent documentation;

Acting for the Romanian Government in connection with an initial offering for sale of the shares in Banca Comerciala Romana (B.C.R);

Acting for a multilateral lender in connection with loans to be made to the local authorities in Romania;

Acting for a private financial institution in Romania in connection with loans to be made to companies in which it had an interest, and the protection and securitisation of loans;

Acting for an investment bank in relation to a loan to be advanced to Otopeni airport in connection with the redevelopment of the facilities at the airport;

Considering the legal requirements of privatisation and acting for the State Ownership Fund of Romania upon sale of shares in Bancpost S.A.;

Acting for and advising the Romanian Government upon the sale of a majority shareholding in Banca Agricola S.A.
