G&A was involved in negotiation of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement during 1992 - 1994. Also Eugenia and Olimpia in their capacity of head of legal department in FPS was deeply involved in labor issues, meaning collective lay-offs, execution and termination of individual labor contracts and other related labor issues.

In labor law Eugenia has an extensive practice as a consultant and also as a litigator in front of Romanian Courts.
