The reorganisation and restructuring of a company in the telecommunications field prior to the sale of a majority of the shares and acting in relation to the sale of shares representing a majority interest;

Acting for the majority shareholder on the disposal of the shares representing a majority interest in a refinery in the oil industry;

Acting for an investment fund in relation to financing and development of investments in Romania;

Acting for the purchaser of shares in a Romanian company in relation to construction of contract for the acquisition of the shares;

Acting for a foreign investor in relation to the acquisition of a controlling interest in a Romanian retail company;

Acting for a major Romanian investor in the respect of the acquisition of an interest in the shares of a Romanian company in the iron and steel industry.
