Advisor to the Romanian Government in relation to the disposal of a majority shareholding in major Romanian state owned banks;

Acting in relation to the disposal of a major shareholding in a shipbuilding company based in Galati;

Advisor for Romanian investors in relation to the acquisition of a majority shareholding in company involved in the steel industry;

Drafting the requisite norms and ordinances in respect of the sale of assets by the Romanian Government and state institutions.
